Your role will be to drive implementation of global C&B initiatives in Lithuania, while facilitating and operating local C&B processes, i.e. annual salary review, bonus process, benchmarks and etc. At this time a key responsibility will also be to maintain an appropriate governance and support management in organizational development decisions.

You will join Group Human Resources as part of the Total Rewards team with colleagues in Denmark. In collaboration with colleagues across Danske Bank, we are responsible for implementing the global reward strategy, hereby supporting the management team in developing Danske Bank. You will refer to the Head of Total Rewards in Copenhagen, Denmark.

You will:

  • Drive remuneration processes in an annual cycle
  • Update and expand benefits
  • Review and set benchmarks
  • Support managers and HR colleagues in daily remuneration questions
  • Develop and maintain remuneration related tools

About you:

  • University degree, solid HR experience and knowledge about remuneration processes
  • Knowledge about job positioning would be an advantage
  • Strong analytical skills, including managing and presenting compensation data analysis
  • Combination of an international mindset with a strong understanding of relevant conditions in Lithuania
  • Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, and you have a high proficiency in working with fact-based information
  • Social skills include a strong ability to network with stakeholders within and outside Danske Bank
  • Excellent planning and coordination skills, work with independent initiatives and ability to analyze, understand and communicate market data
