We are seeking a new qualified Senior Business Manager to support Tribe Leadership Teams in the Danske Bank Personal Customers domain.

In Danske Bank, we have recently consolidated IT and business development into agile development areas, known as Tribes, with solid empowerment and an aspiration to take product development to the next level.

Business Management in the Personal Customers domain, which you will be part of, is a central team of executive advisors supporting the Tribe Leadership Teams in ensuring they are effectively executing against their strategic and financial aspirations. The team is composed of a diverse group of engaged professionals that support each other to deliver the highest possible values for the Tribes. The Business Manager position is multifaceted and it is an advantage if you are skilled in multiple disciplines in the sphere of strategy, project management and finance.

You will:

Coordinating strategic processes on behalf of the Tribe (Annual and Quarterly Business Reviews)
Tracking and reporting on development pipeline and key KPIs
Conducting ongoing reviews of development backlogs
Being on top of the Tribe’s financial situation and taking ownership of financial planning and analysis
Guiding the Tribe’s business cases in close collaboration with Product Owners and ensuring proper tracking of outcomes
Working directly with stakeholders across the Bank
Being the closest sparring partner for Tribe Leadership Teams
Improving the way we work in the Business Management team with your colleagues

About you:

A Master’s Degree in Economics, Business administration, Strategic management or similar
2+ years of experience within management consulting, strategy, finance, project management, executive management support or similar
Structured, methodical and data-driven approach when problem-solving
Interest in agile development
Ability to connect the dots across a complex organization
Professional stakeholder management skills and an ability to create long-lasting professional relationships
High level of integrity and accountability
Advanced English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3120 EUR to 4680 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
