Senior Business Customers Financing Officer

Are you interested in business customers financing and would like to handle different administrative tasks related to loans and credits?

Join our business financing area, which consists of 9 international teams located in Nordics and Lithuania. You will be a part of 12 people team in Vilnius. We provide service for various business customers segments in establishing loans and credits, creating agreements, collateral documents, guarantees, etc., follow up on customers liabilities, administrate financing products throughout their life cycle. Our team takes care not only of back-office tasks but has interactions with customers and relationship managers.

Our focus is on both achieving great results and an enhanced customer experience and creating a great atmosphere based on values and openness within the teams.

In this role you will develop your coordination, problem-solving and creative customer orientation skill set.

You will:

  • Handle various loan servicing requests received from Customer advisor
  • Take responsibility to maintain high-quality services for our customers
  • Communicate daily with the team and our stakeholders
  • Manage the workflow according to established deadlines
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and projects (LEAN, robotics, automation)

About you:

  • 3+ years of experience working with operations or administrative tasks
  • Knowledge of banking products (loans, credits) would be beneficial
  • Motivated and detail oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences
  • ’Can-do’ attitude and ability to work in a self-sustained manner
  • Willing to learn new tasks in a changing international environment
  • High focus on teamwork
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills
  • Scandinavian language skills would be beneficial. In addition, a monthly language bonus is applicable depending on your language level

Monthly salary range from 1600 EUR to 2400 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
