We are a diverse group with an equal split of gender, an equal split between Copenhagen, Denmark, and Vilnius, Lithuania, and varying degrees of seniority inside and outside the bank.
Our team has three key pillars within its purpose:
- Contributing to a full financial overview and management information to enable informed decision-making. You will work within this area of responsibility
- Regular reporting and analytics within international payments
- Controls and administration of internal and external system access rights and reporting to central banks
Performance Management & Traction is part of the Business Management & Implementation department, which is comprised of three other teams; Business Management, Transformation & Implementation, and UK Office. To bring the new organisation to life, the Performance Management & Traction Team collaborates close with our partners in the Finance area, Global Insights, and Financial Crime Prevention, supporting our Tribes and services units.
