We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst who is passionate to work with technologies that enable commercial impact. To achieve this we work with our SAS360 platform. You will be a key person to interact with businesses, understand their needs, identify opportunities and translate this for the development squad. Ensuring progress and prioritization.

You will:

  • Analyze the information provided by a fragmented group of stakeholders
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops across involved parties, driving goal-oriented discussions in a constructive way
  • Identify and analyze the actual needs of stakeholders and capture the essence of this in JIRA through user stories
  • Define solution scope and requirements that meet business and customer needs, goals, or objectives
  • Be a driving force in ensuring backlog refinement, the definition of ready, the definition of done, and linking according to our TIES model

As a Senior Business analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the whole development process, from engaging with stakeholders to development, testing, and deploying.

About you:

  • 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or project manager in a software development organization or financial sector
  • A commercial and data-driven mindset that bridges the gap between business and development
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Great interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams, locations, and business units.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum practices
  • Fluent written and spoken English
