As a Senior Business Analyst, you will join our People insights squad, a cross-functional and agile team that delivers people analytics to the organization.

You will work with data engineers, product owners, and other business analysts to design, develop, and deliver data products and solutions that enable HR and business leaders to make informed decisions about their people.

You will:

Analyze data and provide insights on various HR topics, such as talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, etc.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI to visualize and communicate data findings
Present and communicate data stories to different audiences, from HR professionals to senior executives, and translate data into concrete business actions
Plan and coordinate data projects and initiatives and ensure alignment with the squad’s mission and vision
Question and challenge the status quo and support continuous improvement and innovation in the data domain
Engage and collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization and fostere a data-driven culture in HR and beyond

About you:

A 5+years of background and experience in data analytics, preferably in the HR domain
Experience in using Tableau, Power BI or equivalent to create and maintain dashboards and reports
Experience in data analysis tools and techniques, such as SQL, Python, R, Excel, etc.
Extensive communication and presentation skills, and the ability to tell compelling data stories to different audiences
Proven change management and stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to drive data adoption and usage
Advanced English skills, both written and oral

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 3360 EUR to 5040 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
