Senior Analyst in Reporting and MI team (temporary contract)

We are looking for an experienced Analyst to take part in building and improving reporting in Group Compliance, Reporting & MI team. Since the reporting is targeted at Bank’s Senior Management, this is a unique opportunity to influence the key decisions made and provide transparency in managerial and transformational activities.

As a Senior Analyst, you will play a vital role in the enhancement and scaling of our reporting processes. You will be able to develop your analytical skills as well as process and project management skills while working with a broad range of stakeholders across the whole bank.

*This position will be based in Vilnius with occasional travel when necessary. It will be a temporary 1 year contract with possibility to extend the contract within the organisation after finishing date.

• 3+ years of work experience in business analytics and consulting
• Solid academic background in Finance, Statistics, Economics, IT or similar field
• Prior experience working with SQL (experience working with Tableau and Alteryx would be an advantage)
• Analytical mind-set and business acumen
• Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and present findings clearly and concisely
• Strong communication skills, including full proficiency in English
• Ability to manage demands of multiple stakeholders
• Strong problem solving and structured thinking skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to change, cope with a fast-paced environment and willing to go the extra mile
