The Performance Management & Traction team is part of the Technology Innovation & Foundation unit (Tech) and works alongside the Danske Bank Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and leadership team, overseeing approximately 1,400 colleagues.
The Performance Management & Traction team focuses on three key pillars:
- Collaborating closely with leadership on their strategic plans to ensure delivery, monitor progress, and act as a sparring partner.
- Contributing to a comprehensive financial overview and management information to enable informed decision-making.
- Handling administrative tasks and support.
As a Senior Analyst, you will work closely with the senior leadership team and act as their trusted partner, supporting sound and data-driven decision-making. You will maintain an overview of strategic objectives with a firm grip on financial routines. Additionally, you will engage in a wide variety of interactions with members within the unit and stakeholders outside the unit.
The team consists of 10 people based in Copenhagen, Denmark, and Vilnius, Lithuania, with varying degrees of seniority inside and outside the bank.
