We are currently looking for a Resource Planning Analyst in Business Intelligence and Analytics at Financial Crime Prevention. In this role, you will have a unique opportunity to build business processes, customers, and products. As a Resource Planning Analyst, you will be a part of a team of 24 collaborative professionals who are focusing on AML related activities and are passionate within their field of expertise. You will be supporting stakeholders by providing effective and timely support services, including resource demand forecasts, delivery planning, and enhance the service experience.

You will produce detailed resource analysis to enhance fiscal controls and operational efficiency, re-forecast staffing requirements in response to scheme development or other unexpected changes in predicted volumes to ensure that operational standards and customer service performance are maintained at optimal levels.

Moreover, you will be responsible for creating frameworks and conducting analysis, validation, and compilation of data, and assisting on performance and financial planning for the Transaction Monitoring area.

You will:

• Forecast the long-term and short-term headcount requirements for budget planning and service level coverage
• Provide operational impact analysis
• Create, produce, and maintain accurate resource plans and forecasts in Transaction Monitoring
• Assure accurate delivery planning
• Create frameworks for possible solutions
• Ensure the constant collection, analysis, and data information in the right time and manner
• Liaise, interact and influence across the operational management teams on all matters related to resource planning

About you:

• Advanced proficiency in Excel or other reporting software
• Highly numerate with good accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders of different seniority
• Organised and able to work on own initiative when required
• Flexible and open-minded with the ability to adapt to rapid changes and deal with a certain level of unknown
• A university degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics or Economics or other relevant fields
• Ability to gather, efficiently present, and visualize data
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Proven resource planning experience would be an advantage
