Reporting Analyst

We offer you a unique chance to join our ambitious Group Regulatory Reporting team. As a Reporting Analyst, you will support the strategic agenda of Danske Bank and develop good understanding of the relevant regulation and technical solutions. Furthermore, you will get full end-to-end ownership of one or more regulatory reports, have the direct contact with central banks and FSAs as well as with many internal stakeholders.

You will participate in various projects relating to optimization of processes, ensuring consistent reporting and implementation of new or changed regulation requirements. In addition, you will work in a true global team with colleagues in Vilnius, Copenhagen and Helsinki as well as with many stakeholders across the global organization. This will expand your network of contacts across the bank in different countries – from headquarter functions to business units, IT and more.

• Higher degree (preferably in Economics (Finance, Accounting, Banking, Audit, Mathematics or other related field)
• At least 3+ years of experience working with regulatory reporting or financial reporting, financial accounting, auditing and similar
• Strong interest or experience in translating and implementing business and reporting requirements into practical solutions
• Systematic approach, analytical thinking, attention to details and good data understanding (collection, analysis and quality assurance in reporting solutions)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivots)
• Some knowledge of SQL or other analytical tools (would be considered as an advantage)
• Proactive team player with high sense of responsibility, drive and commitment to deliver high quality on time
• Programming skills (VBA, SAS etc.) and experience in process automation (would be considered as an advantage)
• Excellent English skills (spoken and written)
