QA Specialist in AML IT Systems team (Core Payments department)

We are looking for QA Specialist to take a role in assuring software quality in Anti Money Loundering (AML) area. You will become part of the IT team, where you will drive quality assurance. You will be working closely together with the experienced IT team and stakeholders in order to understand and implement the best in class AML solutions and fulfil business needs by following payments disruption trends.

You will:

  • Review and analyze requirements / system specifications / user stories
  • Estimate test scope and effort
  • Design test cases / scenarios / test sets
  • Define requirements for test environment / data
  • Execute manual tests (System, Exploratory, Regression test) and log results
  • Plan, organize and coordinate UAT
  • Automate, maintain and execute GUI regression tests
  • Report defects and errors
  • Help troubleshoot issues within the team
  • Support business in terms of acceptance tests
  • Participate in post-release/ post-implementation testing (production verification)
  • Identify improvement possibilities in existing QA processes / principles / guidelines
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle

About you:

  • Understanding of software development and test process
  • Proven experience as a QA tester / lead
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
  • Working knowledge in one or more test tools (Jira is a plus)
  • Experience with GUI automation (Katalon, Selenium)
  • Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSon
  • Ability to work in cross-projects
  • Support and encouragement for the team when needed
  • Proactive team player
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • You know what quality is, and you are happy to share with the team
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
