Project Manager in Risk Analytics (fixed-term contract)

Would you like to use your project management experience to turn knowledge on data, infrastructure, statistics and regulation into best in class risk management models? We are looking for a Project Manager to join our PMO team in Risk Analytics.

You will be a part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team that currently consists of 5 project managers and PMO specialists based in Denmark and Lithuania. We work with great model developers and many stakeholders to make sure that the statistical models we develop are linked to the usage in the frontline. This role will challenge both your analytical and people skills as it requires a holistic approach to balancing technical, regulatory and business requirements.

As a Project Manager, you will start with two different assignments. The first is the role of Scrum Master in IRB SWAT team. Here you will primarily work with operations teams supporting in coordinating deliveries in Agile framework. The second assignment will be to manage the project that has been already started. The core purpose is to implement Group wide Standard Operating Procedures Simplification goals and ensure that project team has completed the process to all business procedures at Risk Analytics department.

This is a fixed-term contract (maternity cover) with a possibility to extend or become permanent.

*You will be based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

You will:

• Manage project scope, timelines, resources and risks
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies
• Coach team members in Agile frameworks
• Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests
• Help teams implement changes effectively and facilitate internal communication and collaboration
• Manage stakeholders across various seniority levels and functions
• Be the primary driver of the project in a highly regulated area where quality is a key
• Contribute to the standardization of project management methods and tools

About you:

• At least 1 year of experience in a scrum master or project management role
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• Proactive and positive mindset with a passionate and outspoken attitude
• Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
• Willingness to actively take ownership and take the lead to drive tasks successfully
• Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
• Experience working within IRB or another regulatory environment (would be considered as an advantage)
