We are looking for a Project manager for Large corporates & institutions to coordinate cross-functional projects, contribute to developing standards and best practices of structure change management, initiate and coordinate various improvements and digitalization, and collaborate with stakeholders. No week will be equal to another. Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from day one.

You will be joining a team, which constantly is looking for the best practices, addresses the status quo and seeks to improve life for customers and our organization’s employees. Your scope of work will be a mix of area-specific and cross-organizational changes, both strategic and operational agendas.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.

You will:

Supervise various process and organizational improvement or regulatory projects and initiatives from scoping to implementation, ensure the realization of benefits
Develop and maintain governance of change agenda, assure interlinks with strategic goals
Contribute to various cross-organizational change projects/programmes by representing
Motivate and be a key partner in facilitating communication with stakeholders to get benefits implemented
Promote change mindset and support organizational change implementation
Learn continuously about new services, processes, and technological constructs

About you:

You bring 3+ years of project management or management consulting experience
You have working experience in PMO (Project Management Office)
You are a process professional who can present a previous experience with completed effective change projects
You possess professional expertise within at least one of these areas: process transformation, harmonization, service design, digitalization, operational quality
You are a real team-oriented person with a enthusiastic mindset, can-do attitude and collaboration skills
You are structured, perceptive and pragmatic and thrive with and promote change in the organization
You are skilled in stakeholder management skills and experience
Advanced English skills both written and spoken
You have knowledge in Wholesale Banking and LC&I Services area

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 2480 EUR to 3720 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
