Investment advisory risk has become one of the most significant concerns for financial institution executives.

Therefore in our COO Areas, Business risk & Control Management, we have set an ambitious agenda for changing the risk picture and culture across Wealth Management – in all countries (Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland and Luxembourg) and legal entities.

In Lithuania we are creating a team that is going to operate as an equal partners to our colleagues in the Nordics when enabling Danske Wealth Management to create and deliver value to customers. We also aim to set an example on how cross-functional teams should apply agile-at-scale to deliver innovation – here in Vilnius, we are creating a Wealth Management Hub, where WM Business Development and WM IT are sitting together to enable even closer collaboration and co-creation.

Due to the ever-growing regulatory requirements, projects and interactions with Authorities, Regulatory Implementation is looking at expanding the team, and setting up a Project Management Office (PMO).

Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

You will:

• Ensuring an overview of regulatory projects, that are ongoing and in the pipeline
• Establishing/developing tools and processes for project management office in regulatory implementation
• Monitoring project progress and control the dependencies that affect resources and schedules (project portfolio tracking)
• Monitoring and following up budget for regulatory project portfolio in close collaboration with Finance
• Ensuring information flow, transparency, reporting and communication of current and planned projects, e.g. to management and stakeholders
• Standardizing methods, templates and processes in project management
• Creating a knowledge base with Lessons Learned and Best Practices from past projects to avoid repeat errors

About you:

• 3+ years of working experience within projects, PMO office, finance and other relevant fields
• Experience in developing PMO solutions
• Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate with stakeholders across various seniority levels and functions
• Ability to present information in a clear and structured manner making information available to a variety of different recipients
• Experience in data analytics, robotics or IT projects would be an advantage
• Willingness to actively take ownership and take the lead to drive tasks through to a successful conclusion
• You are passionate about ensuring correct and timely reporting to the management
• Fluency in English
