Project Consultant in Transaction Monitoring Continuous Development Unit

As a Consultant, you will join the dedicated Transaction Monitoring Continuous Development Unit team. Our team consists of 6 Consultants who are working with projects across Transaction Monitoring, related with process improvements, risk and incidents management, people agenda, Lean mindset and many more.

In this position, you would apply your project management, leadership, operational process improvement, service and performance management skills, and best practices to ensure effective continuous development while driving technical projects related with process and systems improvements, operations management and others.

You will:

  • Manage projects in FCP Transaction Monitoring area from scoping to implementation and realizing project objectives
  • Motivate and develop co-workers and establish the working relationships with stakeholders
  • Be responsible for project team building and guidance to achieve project goals
  • Bring ideas, structure, and problem-solving skills to facilitate our change agenda

About you:

  • At least 2 years of experience in project management, change management or process development
  • A solid understanding of how people go through change and the change process
  • Agility, solid communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in an uncertain environment shaping project direction and scope, and to see a holistic view
  • Proven AML area knowledge
  • Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 1840 EUR to 2760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
