How? Different Market Infrastructures (Target2, RIX, Chaps, Euroclear etc.) will move from SWIFT FIN to ISO20022 in different or overlapping time periods and at the same time SWIFT, as an organisation, will start the worldwide migration in the bank2bank space. In Danske Bank there are 42 product systems that are consuming and sending SWIFT transactions and there is a large coordination task related to this, to keep all the different business areas aligned, as well as their IT area which has to implement the changes. And you could be the one leading this IT program to make this happen!

You will:

You will be responsible for Danske Bank’s migration to ISO20022 – lead complex and spread-impact payment delivery. We expect that you will:

  • Set up the agile framework for the involved projects and requirement for status reporting, metrics, deadlines etc. as well as assist the delivery teams with common guidelines, set ups and support when struggling
  • Identify and coordinate deliveries and their interdependencies between the various projects in the program as well as outside in a wider organizational context
  • Manage and lead the program with responsibility for cost, quality and deliveries incl. change management
  • Ensure that specific agreement and legal requirements are identified, communicated and complied with
  • Establish and ensure appropriate governance functions for the program in accordance with enterprise policies, practices and on behalf of the executive sponsor and development director
  • Direct the creation and maintenance of the required program documentation
  • Meeting with stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding program issues and decisions on services

About you:

  • You have strong IT acumen and understand the complexities of the payments eco systems as well as implementation in organization
  • Sound knowledge of project and programme management methodologies and governance models in large organizations
  • Able to lead technological and organizational changes, sponsor, support and monitor performance of fast moving IT product development teams at personal and management levels
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and varying levels of the organization
  • You demonstrate customer focus and solid experience from leading several programs across different development disciplines like scrum and agile
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and good business judgment
  • You have a strong “can do” attitude and you are persistent in achieving goals
  • You have agile minded and willing to constantly change while keeping all in great collaborative dialogue
