Are you ready to lead a dedicated IT and business specialist team responsible for delivering high-quality and efficient core HR processes and systems? We are looking for a new Product Owner with solid IT skills and a business- and process-oriented mindset.
In this role, you will be part of our People Tribe extended leadership team, who, together with 70+ colleagues, are responsible for digitalising our people journeys @Danske Bank.
In your day-to-day work, you will lead the Employee and organisational change squad in an agile set-up using scrum as a methodology. The squad consists of 12 experienced Business Analysts, cloud-, mainframe- and front-specialists situated in Copenhagen and Bangalore, and an agile coach to support you.
We have a strategic priority to digitalise HR in Danske Bank. The team you will be leading has a pivotal role in driving this agenda, ensuring current and new digital solutions are efficient and value-adding to the organisation.
The role of the Product owner is to channel external input, including customer’s preferences, to prioritize the team’s sprint backlog and create value with the team.
Position could be placed in Lithuania or Denmark.
