Product Owner for Business Intelligence Squad

Business Intelligence squad is the one ensuring stability, performance and usability of such tools as Tableau, Alteryx, SAS.

Newly founded Business Intelligence squad is one of the teams in Data Platform Tribe.

As a Product Owner you will be responsible for building Business Intelligence community, ensuring tools performance and the efficient way of usage.

There are >12 000 users in the company, relying on this squads’ working results, level of engagement and execution plans.

You will:

Be a customer-centric entrepreneur, representing business interests and priorities
Re-organize business priorities to a well-groomed and prioritized backlog
Create a collaborative environment for the fully empowered team members to excel and deliver efficiently
Assist to remove impediments, ensure timely business clarifications. Be ready to take on the personal ownership and accountability for the deliveries of the agreed and expected business outcome
Manage contract and escalation to the vendor, chapter- and tribe leadership when necessary

Domain knowledge of Business Intelligence and associated tools (SAS, Alteryx, Tableau)
Ability and willingness to understand technical side of the solution
Previous experience working as a product owner or project manager
Visionary leader with a strong desire to deliver on the mission and goals of the Tribe and Squad
Good storytelling, stakeholder management and general communication skills
