Product Coordinator in Custody Services

As a Product Coordinator, you will be responsible for newly established employees’ shares products, maintaining and contributing to continuous improvement in the quality of the processes.

You will build close collaboration with clients, stakeholders, and the largest global counterparties and support customers through day-to-day contact, providing and collecting product-related information, consulting, and ensuring timely deliveries.

The Custody Services team is innovative, agile, and has a truly customer-centric culture, additionally, it is a part of the global setup. Our team is a group of 12 specialists, who specializes in securities and cash settlements all around the globe. We support medium and large corporate customers, as well as personal & business clients in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, and other Danske Bank Group countries.

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.

You will:

  • Have responsibility for product end-to-end processes
  • Build close collaboration with customers, stakeholders within the bank and the largest global external counterparties, and custodian banks
  • Ensure a great customer experience by dealing with various inquiries
  • Ensure proper quality on timely deliveries: perform transfers of employees’ shares with precision and accuracy
  • Investigate and resolve exceptions and discrepancies, including securities reconciliation
  • Contribute to improvement and automatization of our processes of the team

About you:

  • Experience in direct customer service preferably key accounts, ensuring the great customer experience
  • Data-driven, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Efficient problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset (lean centricity)
  • Ability to cope with large volumes of complex tasks
  • Collaborator contributing to common team goals
  • Knowledge of financial markets products will be considered as an advantage
  • Advanced English language skills

Monthly salary range from 1840 EUR to 2760 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
