Procurement Specialist in Group Procurement

Group Procurement is looking for a Procurement Specialist to be responsible for Suppliers’ database management (Suppliers’ creation and maintenance in the system). Your ideas and opinions will be encouraged and valued from day one.

Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you different seniority in the role

• Be comfortable with various IT systems and have the ability to learn new technologies
• 1-2 years of work experience with operational or administrative tasks in an international company
• Efficient communication skills and ability to work efficiently in a progressive environment
• Attentive to details, customer and process-oriented
• Quality-driven attitude and willingness to act as a team-oriented person
• Change mindset, eager to constantly improve the process you are working with
• Creative in the approach to collaborate with colleagues
• Fluent in English – both spoken and written
• Accounting / financial banking knowledge and experience would be appreciated
