We are looking for a new colleague to join our Process Governance, Economic Functions team in Technology & Services. You will be a part of a diverse team with different skill sets for the same goals.

You will:

  • Gain insight into various functions and systems across the Group as your role will be to engage with colleagues in our tribes, business areas, and Group functions
  • Gather business information and link them with your team members in a structured way that will provide you with valuable insight into how a bank operates
  • Work on a shared vision to enable business development and meet regulatory requirements through collaboration between business units and Group functions

About you:

  • Hands-on experience in process management and documentation
  • Strong facilitation and presentation skills
  • Analytical thinking, eye for details and structured problem-solving skills
  • Advanced communication skills in English
  • Proactiveness, focus on continuous improvements and passion for collaboration
  • A positive mindset, a ‘can-do’ and get the job done attitude

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1760 EUR to 2640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
