You would join a team that works in global set up and closely collaborates between two sites – Lithuania and Denmark. Process Office team is responsible for the investment and pension processes for all markets in Wealth Management. As Process Analyst you will be responsible for facilitating workshops with different business areas and gather necessary information for Process Documentation. Be responsible for process map creation.
As Process Analyst you will own process documentation E2E flow: intiating, facilitating workshops, creating process maps, validating and releasing them. While doing this you will also generate process improvement ideas and make sure that processes would become better and more efficient than it was before you touched them.
