Then join us and become a part of our Service Transformation team within the Transformation, Risk & Support (TRS) department, which is responsible for End-2-End transformation, project execution and business development within Banking Services area.

In Service Transformation, we value collaboration over hierarchy, skills over titles, people over procedures, and developing over maintaining.

Your responsibility will be to plan and perform analysis and improvements, define business logic and closely collaborate with stakeholders around process improvement to ensure solid service design.

You will be a part of our Service Transformation team, with highly skilled members (fellow consultants and Project Managers) based in Lithuania and Denmark.

You will:

• Coordinate various initiatives and process changes
• Be an Subject Matter Expert (SME) in process mapping
• Facilitate everyday co-creation with an outset in the mapped flow/process
• Update and maintain documentation
• Create a framework and training plan
• Design, plan & lead workshops together with colleagues

About you:

• Higher education
• 1-2 years of experience working with business processes and optimization
• Knowledge of and experience with project management and LEAN methodologies
• Stakeholder management skills
• Structured mind-set, analytical thinking and process curiosity
• Self-driven, passionate and ready to intelligently challenge the current state
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
