Platform Engineer in Customer Engagement Services

Customer Engagement Services is responsible for a number of services e.g. Voice Services, Customer Online Meeting Services, Contact Center Services and what is in scope for this is Voice Recording – and Dealer Voice – Services.

We are looking for a Platform Engineer with knowledge of Voice Systems and Compliance Voice Recording. We recognize that it will be nearly impossible to find a candidate with experience in Dealer Voice Service, but we are sure that you will be able to gain this knowledge and experience along the road.

You will have a fantastic opportunity to be part of the journey from old fashion Dealerswitch to a brand new platform as well as a renewal of the Voice Recording platform.

You will be part of an international team responsible for Customer Engagement services whereas a part of the team is placed in Vilnius and you will be working closely together with one experienced person in Denmark and our service provider.

You will:

  • Attend to design changes in collaboration with IT Architects
  • Ensure installation of servers in close cooperation with service providers according to the agreed design
  • Closely cooperate with our infrastructure delivery organization
  • Maintain close dialogue with our stakeholders, e. g., about User Journeys
  • Closely collaborate with compliance and legal
  • Perform security health checks and yearly renewals
  • Accomplish daily operational tasks

About you:

  • 3-5 years experience in Voice Systems and Voice Recording
  • Experience with distributed systems and high-availability solutions
  • Knowledge about the components of IT Network architecture
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations e.g. MIFID, MAR and GDPR
  • Some experience/knowledge with development, e.g., .Net, JavaScript, Web-based development and MS SQL
  • Solid understanding of the end-to-end IT process, including architecture, design, implementation and operation (based on ITIL)
  • Ability to effectively interact with team members, end-users and service providers
  • Troubleshooting, diagnostic, and analytical skills for problem-solving
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

Monthly salary range from 2720 EUR to 4080 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
