You will:

As a Platform Engineer in Core Payments, SWIFT Team you will be supporting critical 1 system for Danske Bank. You will be an important player in running the infrastructure ensuring high and latest security levels are deployed, high availability and critical upgrades to the SWIFT environment as well as servicing other critical servers within the responsibility of the SWIFT Team 24/7. As a member of the SWIFT team you will take part in planning and executing software and infrastructure upgrades, analysing and improving performance and reliability of the platform, optimising its operations, implementing and automating monitoring capabilities to provide maximum uptime, performance and reliability.

As a Platform Engineer you will:

• Analyse and improve SWIFT platform as well as other services performances and reliability
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues on test and production environments
• Work collaboratively as a part of engineering team to ensure high availability and stability of platforms 24/7
• Ensure highest level of security and that latest software levels are deployed – working under hard deadlines

About you:

• Experience in deployment and optimisation of highly critical systems and infrastructures
• SWIFT knowledge (Gateway/connectivity products (SAG, SNL, AWP)
• Master working in Linux based solution environments
• Fluent English
• Experienced in handling of enterprise vendor products (ideally financial sector)
• IT-security tools (e.g. log management and identity management) skills
• IT-security practices (ideally financial sector) strong awareness and skills
• Managing PKI infrastructure experience (ideally master SafeNet HSM or SWIFT branded HSM management)
• Positive personality and humor
