Operations Specialist in Asset Services

Currently, we are looking for an Operations Specialist who will join our Incentive program administration team. Your contribution to the benchmark product would grow your experience in the banking industry. You would be responsible for the end-to-end process from onboarding Incentive scheme participants to product delivery.

By joining this team, you would acquire a profound knowledge of Incentive programs offered for our biggest Large Corporate & Institution clients. Also, you will participate in multiple internal team projects for continuous improvement of processes and the quality of the services. In this position, you will have the chance to be involved in more significant department projects to build your management competence by bonding with numerous high-level stakeholders.

You will:

  • Administration of Incentive programs for corporate and private customers
  • Management of workflow according to established deadlines
  • Collaboration with Global departments within Danske Bank
  • Maintain and improve process quality
  • Contribute to risk management
  • Handle new procedure migrations

About you:

  • Previous experience or knowledge in banking back-office (would be considered as a bonus)
  • Excellent fluency in English (both written and verbal)
  • Higher education (for example, finance, economics or a relevant field)
  • Upper-intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Helpfulness and willingness to work in a team
  • Ability to work in a growing environment: to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods, when needed
  • Proactiveness and “can-do” attitude
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1440 EUR to 2160 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
