Operations Officer with Danish Language Skills in Everyday Banking Corporate

We are looking for a new colleague to join an experienced and ambitious Case Preparation Team at Danske Bank.

Your main responsibilities in this role will be supporting a customer and colleagues.

Moreover, you will be able to take part in process improvement, automatization and implementation.

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role. In addition, a monthly language bonus is applicable depending on your language level.

You will:

  • Collaborate with other teams using a proactive approach in sharing best practices and proposals
  • Handle customers’ requests
  • Communicate with customers and colleagues via emails in Danish and English
  • Work on various back-office services (e.g., data entry, administration and preparation of various bank documents, etc.)
  • Participate in the improvement of processes

About you:

  • Experience working with operations, administrative tasks or customer service
  • Danish language skills, speaking, writing and understanding – A2 level or above (we provide a monthly language bonus and a possibility to attend courses for language level improvement)
  • Attention to details and ability to maintain an overview in stressful situations
  • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment, meaning to meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods
  • Customer and quality orientation in a proactive manner
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
