We are looking for Operations Officer within Buying and Owning Real Estate Denmark area. In our area we are responsible for handling various tasks when Danske Bank customer is buying or selling a property in Denmark.

This is a great opportunity for you to increase your knowledge within the Banking sector and collaborate with global team in an international environment.

You will:

• Processing various tasks for private customers in the Danish market
• Daily communication with customers, advisors and colleagues in Danish and English
• Understanding mails and documents and taking actions according to the content
• Taking responsibility to maintain high-quality services for our customers
• Participation in processes improvement

About you:

• Previous back office or administrative work experience
• Danish language skills, writing and understanding
• Fluent English, speaking, writing and understanding
• Higher education or final year student
• Excellent communication skills and high attention to details
• Ability to learn quickly and effectively
• Team player with drive and commitment to deliver high quality on time
• Ability to take ownership of the tasks and focus on the customer journey
• Prior working experience in operations would be an advantage
