Operations Officer to work with Danish market

We are a team of 8 people and we never get bored! Each day we (distribute requests and put effort to make sure that requests are performed on time), and work on continuous improvements, automation and overall challenging status quo.

Additionally, you will join one of the greatest Danske Bank departments – Everyday Banking Corporate, where we have a strong people community, and a lot of different team-building activities, this is why we never get bored!

*Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role. 

You will:

  • Work with other teams in a proactive manner, exchanging ideas and best practices
  • Handle customers’ requests: administration of dissolved companies tasks and NETS-related agreements; distribution of VIP cases; various verifications
  • Interact with Danish customers and colleagues across Nordic countries
  • Work on various back-office tasks (e.g., data entry, administration, and preparation of various bank documents, etc.)
  • Contribute to the process improvement

About you:

  • Experience working with operations, administrative tasks, or customer service (you can also join our team as an associate specialist if you don’t have the required experience)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which includes the ability to handle peak times and achieve deadlines
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
