Are you attentive to details and curious about business banking?

You will join the Liquidity Management Support team in Everyday Banking Corporate Area. The team provides services for large VIP Danske Bank Business Customers related to Liquidity Management products.

As an Officer, you will be responsible for handling cases (mainly in written communication) for business customers located across the Nordic region. No direct contact with the customers is required. The main tasks are related to interest corrections.

We are looking for a colleague with the ability to deliver high quality and efficiency while also being a great team player.

You will:

  • Administration of various products and services for corporate customers
  • Providing continuous support to internal stakeholders via e-mail or phone
  • Management of workflow according to established deadlines
  • Participation in process improvement initiatives and projects
  • Collaboration with other departments within Danske Bank Group
  • Maintain and improve quality to ensure best our customer’s experience

About you:

  • 1+ year of previous work experience in back-office (banking sector would be an advantage)
  • Higher education
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Accuracy and attention to details
  • Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)
  • You are a team player and fast learner
