You have a possibility to join Leasing team of 12 professionals.
As a Leasing specialist, you will be working in a back office with Denmark customers we are currently providing services for. You will be responsible for handling cases related to leasing on a daily basis as well as participating in various continuous improvement and educational activities.

You will:

• Financing and administration of new and existing leasing agreements
• Handling incoming payments related to the leasing
• Maintaining a constant mutual dialogue with colleagues in Lithuania and Denmark
• Continuous process improvements using Lean principles
• Taking discussions on interpretations, exception handling, problem solving
• Managing operational operational risks

About you:

• Previous back office or administrative work experience (leasing knowledge would be an advantage)
• Higher Education
• Full English proficiency in writing, speaking and understanding
• Ability to work in fast paced environment, meaning to meet tight deadlines
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Willingness to analyze and improve the processes
• Proactivity and helpfulness working in a team, strong team player
• High focus on customer experience and needs
