We are looking for an Operations Officer – to join our team in the Tax Reporting area.

Our team’s primary responsibilities are Nordic Tax Reporting, FATCA/CRS and DAC6 regimes reporting, and pension-related products tax reporting. Our task is to ensure data quality and that we comply with applicable rules and laws.

As an Operations Officer, you will collaborate with colleagues in Nordics and deal with the tasks daily, such as corrections of customer data, information, business analysis, and customer inquiries handling.

You will:

  • Amend tax corrections for Nordic market areas
  • Work with Danish Pension investment products
  • Ensure correct reporting on loans using internal systems
  • Test customer data and banking products (loans, accounts, investments, etc.)
  • Communicate daily with our colleagues in Nordic and other countries

About you:

  • Experience within banking operations and understanding the importance of following a process would be a strong advantage
  • You take ownership of your tasks but understand the value of working together with others
  • Analytic and structured mindset
  • Professional communication skills collaborating with different stakeholders internally and externally
  • As we are working globally, you are required Upper-Intermediate English skills
  • Keen to contribute to an engaging working environment, where focus on specialist knowledge and change capabilities goes hand in hand
  • Higher education, preferably in Finance, Economics, or similar

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
