Operations Officer in Tax to Authorities LT team

Do you want to be a part of a team ensuring that Danske Bank is compliant in relation to customer taxation reporting both National and Global? Are you interested in taxation, have experience within the regulatory process and legal competencies?

As an Operations Officer, you would join our department for Customer Tax Reporting. You would be responsible for national customer taxation reporting and various other administrative tasks related to FATCA, CRS, and QI. You will have a dialogue with the local authorities and our IT department, ensuring that Danske Bank is compliant.

We are looking for employees who are eager to work in close collaboration with other team members across the Nordics and Lithuanian in order to deliver high and efficient quality work.

Being our team member, you will play an essential role in increasing customer satisfaction across Danske Bank branches in Scandinavia and Europe.

• We imagine that you have a higher education, preferably with a legal angle or a different background, for example, within banking or Tax Operations
• Ideally, you have experience within banking operations and has a brilliant understanding of process and risk about them
• You have an analytic and structured approach, and you can work both on your own and together with others
• One of your strong competencies is communication and being capable of adapting the communication to different stakeholders internally and externally
• As we are working globally, you are required English proficiency in writing, speaking and understanding as well as upper-intermediate Microsoft Office skills
• Your personality is self-driven and with a can-do attitude, and you are keen to contribute to a positive and engaging working environment, where a focus on specialist knowledge and change capabilities goes hand in hand
