In our department we handle many different processes, varying in nature and complexity. A large part of the daily tasks are related to requests from customers or other banks for transactions or statements, as well as the manual creation of payments based on requests. Here you will be part of a key strategic hub responsible for a wide range of banking operations, deliveries to customers and stakeholders, and process improvement.

You will be part of a team that consists of 14 members. Together we strive for better results and create an excellent customer experience. If you are ready to learn, our team is the perfect place to grow!

You will:

  • Create manual foreign payments
  • Provide information on payments already made
  • Process various payment requests
  • Ensure the quality of services provided to our clients
  • Resolve unusual situations related to payments
  • Communicate with your colleagues in Lithuania and the Nordic countries
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Manage workflows while meeting established deadlines

About you:

  • Previous experience working with operations or administrative tasks (would be an advantage)
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Intermediate English skills
  • Detail-oriented
