Operations Officer in Manual Payments team

A large part of the daily tasks are related to requests to create manual foreign payments. Here, you will be part of a key strategic hub responsible for a wide range of banking operations, deliveries to customers and stakeholders, and process improvement.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).

You will:

  • Create manual foreign payments
  • Ensure the quality of services provided to our clients
  • Resolve unusual situations related to payments
  • Communicate with your colleagues in Lithuania and the Nordic countries
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Manage workflows while meeting established deadlines

About you:

  • Experience in operations or administrative roles (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • High level of responsibility and commitment
  • Attention to detail
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
