We are looking for Operations Officer within Buying and Owning Real Estate Denmark area. Our site is responsible for handling various tasks when Danske Bank customers buy or sell a property in Denmark.

This is a great opportunity for you to increase your knowledge within the Banking sector and collaborate with a global team in an international environment. We are looking for 3 colleagues to join our tribe.

You can have more control over where and how you work – we offer the possibility to work from anywhere in Lithuania.

You will:

  • Process various tasks for private customers in the Danish market
  • Communicate daily with advisors and colleagues in Danish and English
  • Handle emails and documents and take actions according to the content
  • Take responsibility to maintain high-quality services for our customers
  • Participate in processes improvement

About you:

  • Previous back office or administrative work experience
  • Upper-intermediate English skills: speaking, writing, and understanding
  • Higher education or final year student with the ability to work full-time
  • Very good communication skills and great attention to detail
  • Ability to learn quickly and effectively
  • A team-oriented person with motivation and commitment to deliver high quality on time
  • Ability to take ownership of the tasks and focus on the customer journey
  • Danish language skills could be an advantage (depending on the knowledge, there is a possibility to receive a language bonus)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
