Operations Officer in Leasing team

Our team is working in a back office with Danish, Finland, and Northern Ireland customers we are currently providing services for. So your day would mainly consist of taking care of financing and administration tasks related to leasing agreements and leasing payments and collaborating with colleagues here in Lithuania and internationally.

Our office is in Vilnius, but we value flexibility and work-life balance so we offer the possibility of a hybrid work setup.

• Previous back office or administrative work experience would be an advantage
• Higher Education or final-year student
• Upper-Intermediate English language skills in writing, speaking, and understanding
• Ability to operate effectively and deliver results in a diverse environment with shifting priorities
• Customer-oriented and focused on quality and accuracy
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to share your knowledge
