Operations Officer in Leasing team

Our team is working in the back office with Danish, Finnish, and Northern Ireland customers we are currently providing services for. So your day would mainly consist of taking care of financing and administration tasks related to leasing agreements and leasing payments and collaborating with colleagues here in Lithuania and internationally.

You will:

  • Take care of financing and administration tasks for new and existing leasing and factoring agreements
  • Handle incoming payments related to the lease
  • Maintain a constant mutual dialogue with colleagues in Lithuania, Denmark, Finland, and Northern Ireland
  • Participate in continuous process improvements using Lean principles

About you:

  • Previous back-office or administrative work experience would be an advantage
  • Higher education or final-year student
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills in writing, speaking, and understanding
  • Ability to operate effectively and deliver results in a diverse environment with shifting priorities
  • Customer-oriented and focused on quality and accuracy
  • Team-oriented attitude and willingness to share your knowledge

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1320 EUR to 1980 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
