Great opportunity to grow and learn about Human Resources in the financial industry through hands-on exposure to day-to-day operational tasks.

As an Operations Officer you will be providing assistance to our colleagues regarding HR queries and giving guidance in the newly implemented HR system.

We are looking for a team member with eagerness and ability to learn quickly using new tech systems, and who has a strong desire to know more about HR processes and tools.

You will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guidance on HR self-service tools to employees and managers on a global level, escalating when necessary to internal Center Of Excellence and external support center
  • Demonstrate in-depth level system specific knowledge
  • Ensure employee inquiries are properly researched and handled in the most complete and professional way
  • Demonstrate strong ability to effectively partner with other HR Service teams and operations
  • Participate in HR Service projects and initiatives

About you:

  • Higher education
  • 1 year of back-office experience (HR or customer service experience would be an advantage)
  • High emotional intelligence, intuition, and keenness to deep-dive into problems and turning them into opportunities
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with both technical and non-technical people
  • Integrity and willingness to give and accept feedback
  • High level of professionalism while dealing with challenging work situations
  • Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
