We are looking for an Operations Officer within the Estate Handling area. You will be responsible for settling inheritance of the deceased Danske Bank customers, ensuring that all processes are taken care of efficiently and qualitatively. You would be responsible for understanding processes within the Nordic market.

*We may offer you a permanent as well as a temporary position.

You will:

  • Processing various tasks within customer support area for the Nordic market
  • Daily communication with customers and colleagues via e-mail
  • Contribution to the onboarding process for new tasks in local department
  • Creating, developing, and updating documentation and procedures

About you:

  • You are customer-oriented, take ownership and drive tasks through to a successful conclusion
  • Scandinavian language skills would be an advantage
  • Have excellent communication skills and attention to details
  • Fluent English both in speaking and writing
  • Work experience in operations, finance, or banking related fields would be a big advantage
  • Higher education
