In our department we handle many different processes, varying in nature and complexity. You will be part of a team that consists of 14 members. A large part of the daily tasks is related to providing customer information to authority institutions, investigating payer information, acting upon requests to handle error transfers for Danish, Swedish and Finnish markets.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (our team is currently using a hybrid working model, where we work at least 3 days a week in the office.).

You will:

  • Provide customer information to authorities
  • Act upon requests to provide payer information
  • Handle requests to investigate incorrect transfers
  • Ensure the quality of services provided to our clients
  • Resolve unusual situations related to payments
  • Collaborate with your colleagues in Lithuania and the Nordic countries
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Manage workflows while meeting established deadlines

About you:

  • Experience in operations or administrative roles (preferred but not essential)
  • Excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • High level of responsibility and commitment
  • Attention to details
  • Intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1400 EUR to 2100 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
