You will become an important member of our fantastic team that deals with End-to-End domestic payments.

As payments teams, we are responsible for facilitating smooth transactions and ensuring an amazing experience is always provided to our customers.

We are currently looking for a highly motivated and committed person who is willing to learn and be a part of our Domestic Payments team.

You will:

Correcting domestic payments transactions
Investigating domestic transactions inquiries
Participating in process improvement (lean, robotics, automatization)
Communicating daily with our stakeholders
Handling payments-related tasks

About you:

Higher education or final year student (ability to work full time)
Previous experience in banking or operation centre is a strong advantage
Intermediate English language skills
Focus on teamwork, high-quality service delivery
Customer focus with a ‘can-do’ mindset
Good communication skills
Willingness to develop and learn new things

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
