From an out-tasking model approach, our department evolved into a set of competence centres with end-to-end process ownership, a business mandate, and a direct impact on the customer experience. There you will be a part of a key strategic hub responsible for a broad range of banking operations, professional services, business support functions, and front-end product development.
We are 15 members team located in the newest and most modern Meadow building in Danske Campus, Vilnius. Our focus is both achieving great results and excellent customer experience and creating great atmosphere based on values and openness within the team.

Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).
