Buying&Owning Real Estate Nordic area within Technology&Services provides back-office services for private customers in Swedish, Norwegian, and Finnish markets. There are various tasks within our team, from simple to complex ones. And we are waiting for you, Finnish speaking colleague!

Depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority of the role.

You will:

  • Administration of loans for private customers in the Finnish market
  • Working with collaterals
  • Reading and understanding emails, taking actions according to mail content
  • Disbursing or redeeming loans
  • Paying construction loan invoices
  • Daily communication with our stakeholders
  • Participation in migrations and process improvement
  • Taking responsibility to maintain high-quality services for our customers

About you:

You are able:

  • Clearly communicate and understand in English
  • Keep quality as a priority
  • Understand or willing to gain knowledge about best customer experience
  • To meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods
  • Empower feedback culture
  • Back office experience in banking or other finance-related international company would be an advantage

Finnish language skills would be a big advantage.
