Operations Officer in Customer Care Delivery Norway team

Our area provides a variety of back-office services for corporate customers in Norway. You will be responsible for the accounts opening/closure procedures, implementing customer packages, and ensuring smooth District features set-up. Furthermore, you will also have an exciting opportunity to work with one of the largest customers in Danske Bank.

We are looking for a person who is focused on team goals, high efficiency, lean culture, and close collaboration with colleagues and our stakeholders in Norway.

You will:

  • Be completing daily operational tasks for Norwegian business and VIP customers
  • Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Closely collaborate with Norwegian stakeholders and optimize solutions for our customers
  • Participate in the process of continuous improvements in daily work (e. g., automation, Lean)
  • Take part in various projects and initiatives

About you:

  • Work experience in an operational or administrative role
  • Thoroughness, high level of accuracy, and attention to details
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Team-oriented person and enthusiastic learner
  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills
  • Norwegian language skills would be an advantage

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
