Senior Operations Officer in Corporate Actions

As a Senior Corporate Actions Operations Officer, you would constantly face challenges since investigations are big part of the day. Your main responsibility would be overseeing our clients’ successful participation in General Meetings, without which no other Corporate Action can take place. You would be responsible for the full process, from handling meeting notices to making sure that clients’ votes are accepted. You would quickly grow your network as you would be expected to closely collaborate with other departments, both locally and globally. In time you would learn how to handle other Corporate Actions to aid the team.

Depending on your experience and knowledge we may offer you a different seniority of the role.

• Higher education degree
• Work experience in a back office /custody area (handling Proxy Voting would be considered an advantage)
• SWIFT knowledge would be regarded as a plus
• Attention to quality and details
• Result orientation
• Ability to learn quickly with systematic and structured approach to problem solving
• Good communication skills in addition to being friendly and easy going person – our team will love you
• Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken)
