We are looking for You to join our global Card Operational Services team of 16 people. There will not be much space for routine since we have a variety of 120 tasks. Can you imagine how awesome it would be to become an expert at handling most of them?

The team works with all Nordic Markets and has great collaboration and support. Colleagues will assist you with all the tasks and questions you may have and support you in your learning and decision-making journey.

In addition, to strengthen friendship and initiation, we have different meetings, additional activities, challenges for each other, and games. Join us and learn more!

You will:

  • Collaborate with Nordic teams to find the best solutions for case handling
  • Communicate with International customers and vendors regarding other issues in a written manner
  • Participate in the process of continuous improvements in daily work (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

About you:

  • Motivation and curiosity to learn new things
  • Upper-Intermediate English skills
  • Working experience in an operational or administrative role (you can also join our team as an associate specialist if you don’t have the required experience)
  • Not afraid to work in a tight deadlines environment and cope with peak periods

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
