Operations Officer for Enquiries Tasks in Payments department

In our department we handle many and various processes which differ in nature and complexity. Majority of daily tasks will be related to customers’ or other banks’ requests about transactions or account statements. Here you will be a part of a key strategic hub responsible for a broad range of banking operations, deliveries to the customers and stakeholders as well as improvement of the processes.

You will be part the team which consists of 12 members. Together we aim for better results and creating great customer experience. If you are willing to learn, our team is a ideal room to grow!

You will:

  • Handle various payments requests
  • Ensure quality services for our customers
  • Solve unusual situations related to payments
  • Handle communication with colleagues in Lithuania and Denmark
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives
  • Handle workflow according to established deadlines

About you:

  • Previous experience working with operations or administrative tasks (would be an advantage)
  • Good collaboration skills
  • Intermediate English language skills
  • Detail-oriented
  • Great team member

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
