In our department, we handle many various processes which differ in nature and complexity. The majority of daily tasks will be related to customers’ or other banks’ requests about transactions or account statements. Here you will be a part of a key strategic hub responsible for a broad range of banking operations, deliveries to the customers and stakeholders, and improvement of the processes.

You will be part of the team which consists of 16 members driven by common-based values, focusing on achieving great results and great customer experience.

You will:

Handle various payments requests;
Ensure quality services for our customers
Solve unusual situations related to payments
Handle communication with colleagues in Lithuania and Denmark
Participate in process improvement initiatives
Handle workflow according to established deadlines

About you:

Danish language skills (from B1 level)
Previous experience working with operations or administrative tasks (would be an advantage)
Professional collaboration and teamwork skills
Intermediate English skills
Detail oriented

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
