Operations Officer for Danish Market Customers

We are a team of 15 colleagues, working with various tasks to fulfil our customer needs in Everyday banking services. Our day consists of handling back-office services for corporate customers in the Danish market, and our tasks vary from simple to complex ones.

You will:

  • Ensure delivery of Everyday Banking Corporate day-to-day services for Danish business and VIP customers
  • Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Have close collaboration with Danish advisers teams and optimize solutions for our customers
  • Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

About you:

  • Experience in an operational or administrative role

  • Proactive learner and process challenger
  • Intermediate English language skills (both speaking and writing)

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
