Operations Officer for Daily Banking Services (fixed-term)

You will have an exciting opportunity to be a part of a team of 15 colleagues and provide services to our Danish corporate customers by handling the end-to-end E-banking process of the Danish market in our Everyday Banking Corporate department.

We are looking for 2 colleagues who would be focused on efficiency, seek to provide high-quality services, and be ready to learn!

We are offering a temporary contract until the 30th of June 2023 and depending on your experience and knowledge, we may offer you different seniority in the role.

You will:

  • Ensure delivery of Everyday Banking Corporate day-to-day services for Danish business and VIP customers
  • Solve issues and daily ad-hoc requests to ensure the best possible customer experience
  • Have close collaboration with other advisers teams and optimize solutions for our customers
  • Ensure the best quality of processes and constantly look for solutions to improve or automate them (Robotics, Lean, etc.)

About you:

  • Experience in an operational or administrative role

  • Intermediate English skills

We offer:

Monthly salary range from 1200 EUR to 1800 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
